About Itojo kids foundation
OUR HISTORY
Founded by Richard Mwesige in 2021, Itojo Kids Foundation was born out of a vision to unite volunteers, donors, and local authorities in providing basic needs and promoting the general welfare of underprivileged children.
MILESTONES & ACHIEVEMENTS
-we began by reaching out to children in their own environments-on the streets, homes, and schools, providing food, clothing, and educational supplies.
-Today we are proudly supporting 35 children in a rented accommodation, ensuring their overall well-being.
NEW CHAPTER
In 2024, our founder allocated 3 acres of land, paving the way for a brighter future. We're now embarking on an exciting journey to:
-Build permanent structures for housing and classrooms.
-Develop spaces for agriculture, technical skills, arts, and sports.
